Our Staff

In the beginning...

We moved to Azilda in 2014 and were looking to devise an idea that would please the palate of as many people within our community and surrounding areas as possible. It suddenly hit us… everyone loves the comfort of Italian food! As the idea progressed, we felt that we didn't necessarily want our menu to be limited to one style of cooking and thus the idea of Canadian Cuisine with an Italian Flare was born! We have created an environment that we call "a rustic blend" that we hope provides you with a feeling of warmth and welcome each and every time you enter through our door.

Our Staff

We chose our staff based on their positive attitudes as well as their distinctive and exceptional personalities. They are all unique individuals that we feel are willing to help accommodate your best dining experience possible. We all aim to continually serve fresh, remarkable food and drinks that meet the highest standards of quality and seasonality. We aim to consistently provide guests with impeccable service by demonstrating knowledge, professionalism and integrity. We hope that every guest gracing our doors leaves impressed and excited to revisit.
